ABOUT SENORITA RITTER
My name is Christina Ritter, and I am the Spanish teacher at Oak Grove! I graduated from NC State University with a degree in Spanish Education K-12. During my time at NCSU I studied abroad in Peru and Spain, and fell in love with Spanish!
Prior to Oak Grove Elementary I was teaching middle school Spanish in Wake County. In between teaching positions in Wake County, I decided to pursue a goal of teaching English in Spain! I stayed for several months in Sevilla, Spain and ultimately returned to spread the love of Spanish with our fellow otters :)
I am extremely passionate about foreign language acquisition and creating awareness about the beautiful Hispanic culture. I believe learning a language at the elementary level has infinite benefits. You will see your student rapidly learn through singing, dancing, and playing with the language.
I can't wait to continue working with your son or daughter!
